Ordering Process
- Initial Contact: Contact me using one of the methods on the Contact page with an outline of what you’d like, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss options and confirm your detailed requirements.
- Proposal and Agreement: I’ll follow up with a proposal detailing the work to be carried out, price, payment terms, delivery method, and expected delivery date. If you’re happy with the proposal, I’ll start work after payment receipt.
- 3D Printing, Cleaning, and Curing: Once printing is complete, supports will be removed and the models will be cleaned and cured. Updates will be provided throughout the process.
- Quality Checks: Thorough quality checks will be carried out once 3D printing is complete to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the printed object. Any imperfections or issues will be addressed promptly to ensure the final product meets the highest standards.
- Delivery: You’ll be notified when the models are ready for dispatch. Delivery will be using a next working day service.
