Ordering Process
- Initial Contact: Contact me using one of the methods on the Contact page with an outline of what you’d like, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss options and confirm your detailed requirements.
- Proposal and Agreement: I’ll follow up with a proposal detailing the work to be carried out, price, payment terms, delivery method, and expected delivery date. If you’re happy with the proposal, I’ll start work after receipt of the models (if not being printed) along with a down payment.
- Initial Painting with Updates: If painting multiple models, I’ll provide images of the first model painted for your approval before continuing.
- Finishing Painting and Approval: Throughout the painting process you’ll be provided with constant progress updates to ensure that everything is satisfactory and to confirm whether any changes are required.
- Quality Checks and Review: Stringent quality checks will be carried out after painting is complete and images will be shared to ensure that you are happy with the results.
- Delivery: You’ll be notified when the models are ready for dispatch. Delivery will be using a next working day service upon receipt of final payment.
